Grateful Me - Day 8

My gratitude journal - everyday for 30 days I find and post at least 10 things I am grateful for without repeating.

1. I am grateful for the gifts of autumn that look close even if I'm, not quite ready for Halloween.
2. I am grateful for the slow pace at the hospital as I made pastoral visits.
3. I am grateful for a sweet conversation with Linda Dominic on the phone today.
4. I am grateful for the ways that Spirit connects people to me who are the perfect fit. I spoke at length to a lady about her brother's funeral which I will officiate in a couple of days. It was a delightful chat and she is now comfortable because I wanted to know about her brother.
5. I am grateful for a nice lunch date. Not sure if this is a developing friendship or more and either way is fine with me.
6. I am grateful for a hug from an amazing waitress that I met at dinner a few months ago with Martha Creek.
7. I am grateful for having a house with walls and roof during the intense storms today.
8. I am grateful that the power did not go out today.
9. I am grateful for a recently discovering the song Caledonia by Celtic Thunder!
10. I am grateful for getting my steps goal for today, mostly by walking inside the hospital
